We hope all our clients are well, safe and getting through the lockdown.
Now that some of the measures have been relaxed, I am able to get back to carrying out home visits.
Currently my son Jack is furloughed so any visits, either to prepare a quote or carry out the measured survey will be carried out by myself.
During any visit we will follow the government guidelines: –
I will come with the appropriate PPE, a face mask/shield and gloves.
The government guidelines specify that during my visit the following measures are taken;
1. During the visit a 2m distance is observed.
2. Asking that all households leave all internal doors open to minimise contact with door handles.
3. If needed any loft ladder is pulled down and ready to access the loft.
4. Any discussions be held outside where possible maintaining the 2m distance.
Once the first design drawings are complete, we send you a PDF of the design. Usually we would come to see you to discuss and finalise the design. We still happy to do that following the government guidelines or if you prefer, we could do a video call.
